ServiceQuality Germany
ServiceQuality Germany is a cross-industry, three-stage quality management system aimed at the continuous improvement and further development of service quality. Only those who guarantee a high-quality and sustainable offer will ensure their success in the long term.
The "Q" is the seal for service quality in Germany. Companies throughout Germany are particularly committed to service quality and are certified according to the Q criteria. The training and quality seal program helps companies to analyze their services consistently from the customer's perspective and thus to optimize their internal processes sustainably and continuously. This increases customer loyalty and creates competitive advantages.

The i brand
The i brand is a Germany-wide and uniform quality seal for tourist information from the German Tourism Association (Deutscher Tourismusverband e. V.).
The fields of competence and tasks of modern tourist information cannot be reduced to simple service requests from guests. Over time, many requirements have increased in terms of services, and guests expect the best equipment, information and service quality.
In 2006, the DTV introduced the i brand, a quality seal for tourist information centres. With the examination on the basis of the minimum criteria as well as further 40 i brand criteria the offer and achievement quality of the tourist information is examined "with the glasses of the guest" on the basis a standardized, country widely uniform criteria catalog under the magnifying glass.
