From the "visitor gallery" you have a wonderful view of the Weser and the handling work of the ships. Access to the visitor gallery is only possible via the building at Steubenstraße 7. There is no longer access via the CCCB cruise terminal. The entrance is unlocked at 8:00 a.m. and closed at 9:00 p.m. on ship departure days.

Directions by car:

- A27 exit at junction Nr. 7 "Bremerhaven Zentrum", follow the signs "Kreuzfahrt-Terminal"

- Bremerhaven Zentrum in Grimsbystraße, B 212 in the direction of Bremerhaven-Lehe, merge into Bremerhaven Seebäderkaje 

- Go straight on Grimsbystraße, follow Lloydstraße until the end and then turn right onto Barkhausenstraße 

- Bear left and make a left onto Schleusenstraße
- Bear right and make a right onto Lohmannstraße
- Follow the signs "Kreuzfahrt-Terminal"
