Anke Bensmann legt als künstlerische Leitung ein paar Denkanstöße vor. Die Gruppe berät, wählt ein Thema, schreibt zu dieser Anregung und – wer mag – trägt seinen Text vor. Kritik wird nur geäußert, wenn der Autor oder die Autorin danach fragt.
