"Adler von Krautsand" - Sailing ship
A traditional ship
"Salon Walter" is a Dutch flat-bottomed ship from 1906, which the artists Pia and Nik Fleckenstein have converted into a studio and art ship. On the deck of the old Wadden Sea sailer, an exhibition takes place, showcasing large-scale paintings and expansive steel sculptures. "Salon Walter" travels to various ports in the north throughout the year, inviting guests to its salon for exhibitions and artistic programs. During the day, painting workshops for adults and children are held in the glass pavilion.
