Exciting information and facts are available on the time travel bus tour through the Fishery Harbor and the visit to the Historical Museum Bremerhaven as well as the last German side trawler "Gera".
The tour starts from the German Maritime Museum over the Geeste, the former location of German deep-sea fishing. The guide talks about the construction of the first German steam trawler, which set out on its fishing trip in 1885 and revolutionized fishing. The Historical Museum displays impressive large exhibits on the subject of fish. The tour continues into the Fishery Harbor along imposing refrigerated warehouses, quays, bunker stations, and homes to globally operating companies in food technology, fish processing, wind power, and fisheries research. The "time travel" journey spans from the past through the present to the future. During the visit to the "Gera", the hard and often life-threatening work of the fishermen becomes tangible. The tour ends either at the Shop Window Fishery Harbor for a stroll and fish enjoyment or at the starting point of the tour in the Havenwelten.

- The route may vary due to road closures or other disruptions.
- The tour of the FMS "Gera" is not barrier-free.
- Please arrive at the bus stop 20 minutes before departure.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
