Fish in the baking paper wrapper
4 x 250 g fish fillet
400 g vegetables
( e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, red onions, leeks, fennel, cherry tomatoes)
4 sheets of baking paper
approx. 30 cm*30 cm
herbs to taste
salt, lemon pepper
Clean vegetables and cut into strips.
Pat fish fillet dry with kitchen paper and then season with salt and lemon pepper.
Spread sheets of baking paper apart and divide the vegetables among the 4 sheets. The vegetables can be seasoned with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
Then place the seasoned fish fillets on top of the vegetables and wrap. When packing, make sure that the cooking chamber is hermetically sealed so that the steam cannot escape. The best solution is to use a paper clip or kitchen tape to help with this. This way you can make very individual packets for guests without spending the rest of the day washing dishes. The whole thing is then cooked in the oven at 200 °C convection for about 10 to 12 min. depending on the thickness of the fish.
