The „mile" in the historic part of the Bremerhaven Fishery Harbor with restaurants, cafés, bistros, pubs, maritime shops, the Forum Fischbahnhof with the Atlanticum the Sea Fish Cooking Studio and much more. A maritime attraction, which is unmatched in North Germany, emerged in the historic part of the over 100 year old Bremerhaven Fishery Harbor - the Shop Window Fishery Harbor. Tourists and Natives a like value the variety of entertainment, gastronomy, information and overnight accommodation offers. First class restaurants and cozy harbor pubs are lined up next to one another in the former Pack hall IV.

Here you will find "fish" in it's full variety: From seeing fish smoking „live“ to gathering worthwhile tips on how to correctly prepare delicious fish dishes at home in the Sea Fish Cooking Studio and last but not least enjoying and taking home fish. The amazing world of fish can be seen up close in the 150.000 liters large seawater aquarium in the „Atlanticum“. In the adjacent harbor basin you will find the FMS „Gera“, the last German side trawler. Here you will get an impression of the hard working conditions of the fishermen.

Exhibits on phenomena from the areas of nature and technology can be seen in the Phänomenta science center. This interactive and multimedia exhibition invites young and young at heart researchers on an exciting exploration into the world of small dimensions. In the Model city of Bremerhaven, on an area of approx. 615 m2 you can see a true to life reconstruction of known buildings in Bremerhaven and can even steer remote models yourself. From here you can also hop on the museum train and travel straight through the Elbe-Weser-Triangle to the mud spa resort Bad Bederkesa. The award winning Comfort-Hotel with an integrated fitness area, the rustic potato ship „Hansa“ as well as the popular harbor cruises and the new bicycle station with the tourist-info office round up the offers. In the evening the Theater in the Fishery Harbor (TiF) also invites you to experience a diverse cultural program.
