Notes concerning Corona

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our guests on board, which we handle responsibly. Therefore, we have always adapted our hygiene concept to the official measures. For this responsible task, we have our own, competently staffed medical team at our side.

A new important component of the concept is that also for day cruises the use of antigen rapid tests is required on the day of embarkation. This will be organized by the ship's doctor before departure and will be charged with an additional EUR 39,00. The presentation of qualified proofs (max. 24 hours old) for embarkation is also possible and does not require repeated testing on the day of embarkation on board.

Important notes

The ship's command reserves the right to use engine power in bad wind or weather conditions. The course of the cruise may change depending on weather and tide conditions.

The course of the trip is determined by the port of departure and the port of destination. Depending on the captain's decision, other ports, bays or islands can be called in between, depending on the time available and the crew's wishes. The nature of a sailing operation does not allow these intermediate destinations to be determined in advance. After all, the bark depends on the wind, which can blow from an unplanned direction.
The regular crew works on a voluntary basis. It consists of an experienced captain, who bears the overall responsibility, and his representative, both with internationally valid patents. This is followed by the helmsmen, machinists, ship's doctor, cooks, boatmen, top sailors, sailors, light sailors. An administration regulates the orderly indoor service. They all provide for a professional execution of the sailing trip. Together with the fellow sailors / trainees, they form a team that masters the challenges of the sea and the life on board and in doing so develops pleasure in their own work.
