As a special event, the Restaurant Am Strom offers a "leftover meal". Anyone who thinks of leftovers thrown together unkindly will soon be disabused of their notion. As a member of United Against Waste e. V., the kitchen team conjures up seasonal creations such as water buffalo roulade, giant carrots, cabinet pudding and much more on the menu.
