At nearly 1,000 square meters floor area of new office space, studios and workshops and a cafe are built from an old factory building. The reorganized and newly divided surfaces are users of the cultural industries and creative economy. The Cultural & Creative Centre in the Fishery Harbor of Bremerhaven offers regular art exhibitions and events.
