"Rigmor von Glückstadt" - Sailing ship

Oldest sailing ship of Germany

The „Rigmor von Glückstadt“  was built in 1853 in Glückstadt located at the Elbe. It is the oldest ship in Germany which remained in sailing condition.

The cutter was constructed with just a slight draft, so it can still maneuver in shallow waters. To guarantee a full sailing experience, additional leeboards were attached.
