"Bornrif" - Sailing ship

A typical AAk

The BORNRIF is a typical AAk. They were used for fishery on the Zuiderzee. The BORNRIF is a new construction and was built in 2000 in Hindeloopen from the Shipshelling Blom. It’s made out of steel. Since then, it’s sailing for the “waterrecreatie Syperda” (Gaastmer, Frisia). The BORNRIF is also taking part in maritime major events, such as the SAIL 2010 in Amsterdam.
