"Abel Tasman" - Schooner

A beautiful second mast schooner

Four names had already been held by this handsome second-mastmaster. Built in 1913 under the name "Hermann" in the Netherlands, it first drove as a cargo ship across the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. When some time later her hull was extended and she was sold, she got the name "Laksen". When it was converted to the charter ship, it was named "Atlantis" in 1989. Since 1998 it is now called "Abel Tasman" and takes guests on day and multi-day trips on board.
