"Artemis" - Sailing ship

Luxurious barque

How a brawny whaler can become an elegant sailing ship is impressively demonstrated by the "Artemis". Its name - goddess of hunting - still bears witness to the original task, its interior convinces even the most demanding sailing fans. The ship scores with two noble saloons, 16 spacious cabins and numerous retreats on deck. Before the conversion, the Artemis was also a cargo ship between Asia and South America for around 40 years - in the Reformation year 2017 it sailed as a "Nordkirchenschiff" (North Church Ship) with a total of 1.500 members of the Schleswig-Holstein Church as an ambassador for cohesion and tolerance.

The pretty barque is a frequent guest in Bremerhaven.
