"Adler von Krautsand" - Sailing ship
A traditional ship
The last German full-rigged ship is located in the New Harbor of Bremerhaven. The exciting worlds of knowledge and experience, shopping mile and harbor tours are within walking distance. The main mast rises 52 meters high into the sky above the 86-meter-long white hull. The "Deutschland" was launched in 1927. Today, guests feel transported to the world of old square-rigged sailing ships when they step onto the deck planks. The masts, sails, ropes and original inventory bring the legendary history of the ship to life.
