With the Federal Emergency Information and News app, you can receive important alerts from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for a variety of dangerous situations.
In addition, severe weather warnings from the German Weather Service are also integrated into this app. 
If you have activated the GPS location mode of your mobile device, you will receive the above information tailored to your current location.
